Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are confident you will be happy and love your Artisan Design Jewelry purchase, but if you decide your jewelry is not fit for you, please mail us at info@filigranist.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Item should be returned in original packaging and shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization, no exceptions.

Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

If any order items are damaged during transit, contact us immediately for assistance within 10 days.

Return Exclusions:

We are not responsible for products taken elsewhere for repairs. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out for FASHION JEWELRY COLLECTIONS. 

Service fees will not be refunded (i.e. Shipping and Rush fees).

We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with trackable courier & retain your receipt. Artisan Design Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We can not refund shipping charges on return items. 


 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
