Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all USA residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Filigranist, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter, you must like the competition tweet and retweet it with #filigranist tag.
4. The opening date for entries is 03:00 pm (EST) on 07/06/2022. The closing date is 23:59 on 07/10/2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 07/11/2022.
7. The winner will receive a Sterling Silver Filigree Art Women Cocktail Ring. 
8. The winner will be notified by direct message on Twitter and a comment on the competition post (using the details they provided on entry) on 07/11/2022 and the winner must provide their USA address claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Filigranist within 14 days of being notified by the Filigranist, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Filigranist will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process at clause 7.
9. If the Filigranist believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Filigranist reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
10. The decision of the Filigranist regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. The Filigranist will not be liable for any loss (including, without limited, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Twitter, and therefore, Twitter is not responsible for any element of this promotion.
13. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
14. The prize draw will be governed by USA law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the USA courts.
