HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Processing an order typically takes 1-2 businesses day. Shipping times within the United States vary depending on which shipping option you choose.
USPS First Class Mail: shipping times are not guaranteed, but typically take between 2-8 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: guaranteed delivery within 2-4 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express: guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days.
HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE INTERNATIONALLY?
For all orders placed with USPS First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Please note: Customers are responsible for any custom/duty fees.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We are confident you will be happy and love your Filigranist purchase, but if you decide your piece is not right for you, please reach out to us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Item must be returned unworn, in original packaging and shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization, no exceptions.
We will NOT authorize or accept returns for the following items:
- Personalized: Any piece that includes initials or numbers (single or multiple); engraved items; name necklaces/pendants
- Customizations/alterations: Custom sizes, lengths, colors and styles that are not offered on our site.
- Items on Sale
- Items purchased during a Sales event
- Any item that is not returned in original condition.
- Service fees will not be refunded (i.e. Shipping and Rush fees).
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Filigranist is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
We gladly accept exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

HOW DO YOU CARE FOR 925 STERLING SILVER JEWELRY?
To take the best care of your 925 Sterling Silver jewelry, avoid bringing your jewelry in contact with everyday chemicals such as hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics. Fine jewelry should also be removed before diving into a chlorinated swimming pool or before using household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia, which can be very harsh.
HOW DO YOU STORE 925 STERLING SILVER JEWELRY?
Proper jewelry storage doesn't get the credit it deserves. Fine jewelry should never be tossed into a drawer or on top of a dresser—that’s asking for scratches and damaged gems. Our 925 Sterling Silver jewelry pieces come in a beautiful gift box and velvet pouch, which is the perfect place to keep them.
DO YOU MAKE PERSONALIZED JEWELRY?
At the moment, we do not take personalized or custom orders on any of our fine jewelry pieces.
