Customers will receive USPS tracking number via email as soon as possible when the order is shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Filigranist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Filigranist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
For international order please get in touch before place your order. We may offer you better deal depends on your location than USPS shipment.

We use UPS Express Saver Service or DHL E-Commerce service for all our international shipments.
We charge $9.99 to all European Countries for DHL E-Commerce Service, and free UPS Express Saver Service if your order over $150.
We charge $14.99 to Australia for DHL E-Commerce Service, and free UPS Express Saver Service if your order over $250.
We charge $14.99 to Canada for DHL E-Commerce Service, and free UPS Express Saver Service if your order over $250.
We charge $19.99 to the rest of the world for DHL E-Commerce Service, and free UPS Express Saver Service if your order over $250.
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless you have good reason.
Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days.
To return your product, you should email info@filigranist.com for return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
